Sniping is easy on Orange_x3

Good idea, we can also make a vote for it. votebodyshots for instance.

I just installed the plugin Jamless, so it's running on Orange now. Bodyshots with sniper rifle should display a 'miss' message. The plugin also enables to nerf the ambassador and huntsman but i left those untouched.

I had to disable the plugin. If you use the shiv (which causes bleed effect) and then switch to sniper rifle, it makes each bit of dmg from bleeding to miss.

Plus it was the worst plugin idea ive ever seen in my entire life. Complete crap.

Actuarry, you cant fix facestabs because they happen when the spy moves forward into someone who is moving backwards, and when they do that gritchy thing, the backstab range is crose enough. Fix facestab=ress range on normar backstab

I disagree with this plugin. A kill is a kill. If you're better and can headshot, this shouldn't even be an issue.

I remember a player who stood on cp2 for 3 hours and 70% bodyshot kills, fuck that shit, game is not meant to be played like that. It's a flaw of the map which was underlined by the fact people like Chucks clan even made a different version of the map to prevent bodyshotting.

Only situation i can think of is first headshotting someone and then finishing off with a bodyshot, but the plugin can do that too if we just tweak the bodyshot damage. I think best would be to make this into a vote so if we do get someone on the server that does fulltime bodyshots we can vote the plugin on and off again.

i would limet the damage done by a bodyshoot.bodyshoots are not the problem its the amount of damage a charged shoot does.i hate it when you headshoot a sniper and they survive and then kill you from full health with a charged bodyshoot

Well if this is actually going through, can we up the standard headshot damage to 200 so asses like vital can't get a medic and sit in the back corner and never die from another sniper?

I agree with that too. Because when I headshot a sniper being healed by a medic. It usually takes 2-3 headshots one after another to kill the sniper. Or you could just take out the medic if he is not hiding.

This is not possible atm but i have requested this feature.

well, we do have a couple of programmers in the clan, you should give a link to the source and we'll see if we can turn something out sooner.

lol. I was sniping today and it was too easy. a few bodyshots spoiled all my headshot kills, which kinda annoys me. I approve of this plugin

Bodyshots are part of the game, GET GOOD.

Im not having fun right now...A spy is running trying to kill one of my solly. I run after him and noscope him... "MISS" the solly dies...

Also I made a poll and people thought it was retarded and was kinda ruining the sniper.

i'm working on modifying the code to allow changing the headshot damage, i can't figure out how to compile it with sdkhooks though.

This is a great pluton nico, why would you no scope body shoot a spy, it takes 3 hits to kill one and by then the silly is dead.

In reality, when a sniper is running, he would miss 80% of his shot. This also eliminates snipers who just camp in the back and hopes his 100% charge shot hits the target to gain a kill. I would not want a sniper who can only body shoot to take up the only sniper spot that's limited.
