It seems a fix has been made for windows servers. No hopefully our linux server can be equipped with a fix very soon too. Everyone who replied here and signed the petition will get a free custom hat! Very Happy

Eraser, I think he is refering to the server itself. In that case......

it sounds like these guys may own / use a dedicated server I think? and you access it either through a website (has a login, and a control panel to change it around) or a program like Team Viewer that lets you see the computer screen, but work on it. Or they just bought a server, and they have web-access to it. Both pay monthly, both have there advantages / disadvantages, and both can either be Linux or Windows. Either way, a server is a server.

if you saw what you signed for then you would know that Valve blocked them... in other words you don't untill the dev's find a way around it. When that happens you can type "/em" or "!equipment" in chat to change your equipment.
