VIDEO: Mac noob tries to figure out Steam, and fails

Alright..... as we are all very familiar with Steam, I think we can take quite a lot of humor, and frustration, out of this video. It is a Mac user (lawl) who is trying to get Portal for free off of Steam.



Seriously, things need to be that fucking simple and straightforward or the average Mac user is terrified? Hilarious.

I hate to be bashing on mac, but how stupid do you have to be to fail with steam? Everything speaks for itself. Ow well, the typical mac user isn't an educated PC user, just someone who wants to see the internets and play music. Well that and hipsters who think mac is soooo alternative

1) Hurr, an update I'd rather reinstall steam every day!
2) Store looks like the website, guess what smart-ass; it is the website!
3) Steam = blog
4) Free portal = fail because I has to use hack; buy portal -> click instal
5) NOES UPDATE! Yeah, that's what steam calls a download retard. Portal isn't some online flash game... or is it?

Correct, Hobo. Steam is incredibly straight forward, and this guy is stupid as hell.

I don't do flamewars, believe that everyone has the right to pick their favorites but I agree with Ninji. This guy is just stupid/nontechnical as hell, the fact that he owns a mac has nothing to do with this guy
(however most mac users are less technical than windows/linux users and just want to browse the web).
