Soldier Cup - Group Phase 1

16 players are signed up. These have been divided in 4 groups. Those who end up 1st and 2nd in their groups go through to the quarter finals.

Afro - Moving on to Round 2
Bullet
Eraserhead
*Giygas - Moving on to Round 2

Group B
*Taboo
Gibbo - Moving on to Round 2
Havik
Hyce - Moving on to Round 2

Group C
Ninji
Greezy TBD for Round 2

Group D
Rusty - Moving on to Round 2
Tidelag
Überlord
Vlad - Moving on to Round 2


The group matches will start next week. They can be played when ever the two duelist has a free spot in their schedules. The matches has to be superwised by a neutral trusted member and the result will be reported to me.
The quarter finals, semi finals and the final will hopefully be played as a big one night event.

The map that will be used is probably cp_spireking, it's available on the vip server. Go and check it out!

The underlined are the seeded. I made the underlining when I was matching the teams. Seeded players were placed in aphabetic order and after that the o thers we're place the same way.

Only default weapons are allowed.

You won't be needing neither gun boats or or equalizer. Try out the map I'm suggesting for the cup and you will see.

well im guessing within the next 4 days? I'm away for the weekend so i hope this is before saturday.

I'm canceling this due to lack of time and motivation. Anyone else feel free to pick the concept up.

I will take it over unless someone else would like to. I will be editing the primary post with when each fight will be. Please post in this thread if you will be able to make it. If 1 or both of you can't make the specified time please mention when would work better and I will create a new time for you. Don't forget to make sure another member joins to be witness of the winner. Once there is a winner please report it back to me. Thanks.
