1 is lowest,2 is moderate, and 3 is highest. I think Clan leaders should be 4

yeah looks cool but i would suggest you lock it so a discussion doesn't start. Keep it organized and simple. If you want to of course.

I think two things need to happen in regards to voting. We need to increase the number of votes and we need to add a wait period BEFORE voting that gives a week before anyone can vote on a member. This way we see how they are for a week and THEN vote on them. Once they are voted in there is another week before they are officially a member. The amount of votes should probably be proportionate to how many members there are. So 30 members and 1/3 needed would require 10 votes to be in. Dividing votes between admins and members seems a little unnecessary, but if we want it this way there should be a proportion of the admins and a proportion of the members.

Either way, we need to change how people are voted in. Too many people are coming in too quickly.

I thought we allready had set that one week trail period before voting...

Right now new members can put on the tag one week after their application but we didn't say members/admins could not vote in that week.
