RustyPan applies for the scrim team

So at this point I have played in ever pug available since march 24th, I play scout, I can play...pretty much any class you want me to, but I excel a little more in scout, soldier, and I am an ok demoman. And...that is really all I have to say, I am a competitive player who wants to play competitively.

Rusty, in case you hadn't noticed, we already put you on the scrim team. You've already played in scrims! You're starting!
