Admin changes

The senior admins as in Jameless, Fubar and me have deliberated and we will make the following admin changes:

Greezy will be promoted to level2 (acting). Congrats!
Panda will lose his admin status.

Greezy has proven himself very mature and involved over the last few months. Therefore this promotion should have come way sooner, but here it is. We did not think the other admins were ready for level 2 yet, not now, maybe later.

Panda has been very inactive due to personal reasons. I am still in contact with him now and then but could not discuss this with him because i did not see him online. I'm sure he will understand and as soon as he becomes more active and involved again he will be possibly re-instated again as admin.
