I rage in my seat then Google "What to do when raging in a game" then realizing there are no 'real' search results so I rage some more. Then I find the nearest sharpest object and poke/cut my self then cry in a little corner and watch Teletubbies . Then I cry myself to sleep then once I wake up I have a headache then rage some more.
