Shawshank Redemption

Just watched it today after putting if off for a while. It's the most beautiful movie I've ever seen.

Never seen it. I should put it on my "to watch high for the first time" list.

Causing that makes movies 10x better.

That movie is one of the best movies I have ever seen as well. It is excellent in many, many ways.

this is one movie you want to watch "sober", so to speak. it isn't like many other movies, it's deep.

Word to what Greezy and Adam said. Shawshank Redemption is incredible, and I'd watch it again a hundred times.

It's just a great movie. I think it's like #2 on most sites after Citizen Kane.

Well there are so many good ones, Silver Bullet and 'It' for instance. Don't forget the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie The Running Man and more recent The Mist.

@ Eraser: The Green Mile is awesome. Its funny in parts but horrible in parts. Like there's a part in the film where Paul (Tom Hanks) asks Toot does he say anything before the sentence is carried out? Toot says;

'Yeah, I'd like a fried Chicken with Gravy on the 'taters, and I want to shit in your hat because I'm one horny Mother Fucker!' LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!

hehehehe. I hate the part where Mr Jingles gets squashed! Its not nice to do that to a mouse. Now to a Rat, I can agree but to a Mouse?! Thats just not right!

Well, not when they go for your eyes. Its like when I kicked a rats head to my door, then I did it again then I squashed its head! I could feel and hear the bones crunching under my feet.

Even violent with animals....

I've never seen this movie but whenever I hear people talk about it, be it people I know or websites they always say things like "One of the best movies of all time" and such, so I should probably give it a watch.

Go rent it and don't come back til you've watched it. Don't put it off! You won't regret it.

I can't believe there are still people who haven't seen this great film. Also rent/buy/download The Green Mile. Watching these two movies on the same day will overwhelm you!
