New Board

Since PULP is having trouble with getting regulars on the forum, I am
proposing my idea of adding a 'Social' board to this forum.

Key: + = Section ;; - = Sub-section
BOARD NAME: Social
+Graphics
-Requests
-Help

+Debates
-Politics

+Tutorials

+Sports

Graphics:
Since I am back into gfx and want to learn more about gfx, I would like
to have this section. This can attract other people who have great gfx
talent and noobs who want to learn. Thus bringing us more regulars.
Requests and Help sub-sections are quite self-explanatory.

Debates: Here
we can have some fun debating on piracy, drugs, etc. In the political
sub-section, we can debate on democracy, communism, races, etc.

Tutorials: Self-explanatory. [You can change the name of the Guides section and move it into the new board 'Social'.]

Sports: Talk about sports since there were many derailed topics that ended up talking about a sport.

If you have any other ideas of a section that you want to be put into here, feel free to post it here and explain why.

I will make a final revise to the list tomorrow and change the forums afterwards. While doing this I will lock the General Section until I am done. That's all and FUCK, I announced an update >.<
