Headshots only Empty Headshots only

Headshots only plugin installed on Orange server:

Limits sniper rifle to headshots only, will display a 'Miss' particle with a bodyshot.
We will evaluate and may remove plugin again, nerf the bodyshot damage and/or make a vote to turn it on/off.
