throwback sodas
for those of us in the states, pepsi is doing throwback versions of their major sodas for a short while. this means actual cane sugar. it's crisper, less syrupy, and in my opinion, better in every way. it's what soda tasted like before the corn barons got their hands all over the american economy.
those of you who live in europe may not know this, but every soda over there tastes about 10X better than the american equivalent. fanta in america is just another sticky-sweet orange soda. in europe (germany and switzerland especially) fanta is a drink that would undoubtedly beat any other here.
so yeah, give those throwback recipes a try.

I did know that soda tastes different around the world but I had no idea you guys had such a bad one. I must say that I miss Vanilla Coke but luckily I found a solution for that: vanilla ice cream + regular coke =D
Re: throwback sodas

That made me chuckle. <3
I remember loving the Pepsi Blue drinks. Don't know why they discontinued making them. Maybe it was because all generic blue soda pretty much tastes like Pepsi Blue.

Fanta America is the most garbage shit in existence. People enjoy it and I can't fathom why.
And yeah pepsi blue was delicious.

Re: throwback sodas
Pepsi is demon-send, and I hate it.
Coke > Pepsi
Mountain Dew, on the other hand, is fantastic and I think the throwback is way better than the original. I won't but the original anymore.

Re: throwback sodas
from the way you talk about it it sounds as if you have never heard of a root-beer float.
