Support Ticket for my Camera Beard

Lost my camera beard about a month ago for some mysterious reason and sent a support ticket for it today, think i will get it back?

BUT DOOD VALVE HAS BETTER THINGS TO DO LIKE PLAY HOCKEY AT THEIR OFFICE.

Only way they would do that is if they kept logs about every item crafted/found and used in crafting for every TF2 player. If yes then at some point it must indicate what happened to the beard. I wonder what they will say.

I'm not sure if you guys remember when they first started crafting that I crafted all my unlocks the first day. I didn't realize at the time this meant that I was crafting the actually equipped items. The next day they did a quick update to make it the equipped items were marked equipped. I sent a letter to Robin about it. He emailed me back the next day asking for my steamid and said he would look into it. So there must be a way they can track this. As to how high up it is on their list of priorities...that's the issue.
