Bodyshots and Polls

The bodyshot vote has been disabled because it resulted in spamming of the vote. No one used the 50% option.
50% damage on bodyshots has now been enabled as default. Setting will be evaluated in a week.

All the servers now run a poll plugin that allows us to do custom surveys and store the answers in a database.
