Not that hard, here in the Netherlands there is a new company that resembles it. You fill in your work related stuff and what you want and companies approach you according to it. From what I heard some of the major companies have already stated that they will use that new online service.

Yea I'm sure it will help some people out in making some money. I just couldn't believe how they explained it with 3 simple steps.
