Gonna be gone through the weekend

At the end of Friday, I will be taking a trip to Oregon and I will stay there for Saturday and Sunday, and I will begin heading home on Labor Day. This is an eight hour drive.

My dad's parents live in Oregon, and considering how that makes them my grandparents and that makes them old, I will be 100% without a computer for 3 whole days. . . I know right? How will I survive? Wish me luck!

Have nice trip...we actually have a game show back in the country on how you find out about world events without modern tech.

Hahah, but you never view it from that angle. It is very pretty and nice for about 30 days in summer. The rest of the time its raining. It was actually nice today. It's a great place, lots of art and music going on. People like spoonman, the drummer who plays with spoons around downtown Seattle. It's just different than other cities.

I'm back after an 8 hour drive. You'd imagine an 8 hour drive to be quite awful... and it was, but I had plenty of music to preoccupy myself. As for the time I spent there, it was basically us visiting with family members we haven't seen for 3 years, and that was great. Not gonna go into details, though, that would be boring.

Yea, you are right, Eugene is full of ugly people, but we are all from California.
