Should we allow non-combat related items (bonk, medigun, kritzkrieg, jarate) in melee mode?

In another post we were talking of whether or not we should allow non-combat related items (bonk, medigun, kritzkrieg, jarate) in melee only mode. Please use this post to place your vote. It will remain open for 3 days.

Is there a reason we can't have both options available...?
Why not have it so you can enable or disable non-combat items with a vote?

I dont like melee mode and if it stays on for too ling I'll just leave and do something else. In other words, I don't care what the outcome is.

Ok I think I may be able to get this done with a vote. Give me some time to work it up. In the meantime please continue to vote if you care to.
