Server's voting system is borked.

All the votes are broken. It says one is in progress, so you can't propose a new one.
RTD is pissing me off even more than usual, since it can't be turned off.

EDIT: This should probably be in troubleshooting. My bad.

Thanks for letting me know. I just fixed it. Next time if you can please message me on steam. I can get to fixing the problem faster as I am not always on the forum but I always have steam running.
