SCRIM: PULP VS CGMZ

So far the CGMZ team looks like: Me, Kane the Messiah, Boggy, Drill Master, and Mr. Luck. Our demoman, sunmark, has to do his eagle scout project during that time, very important. It was a last minute cancellation. We might have other players available at the time, but I have no way of telling until then. So, I say we continue, and worse comes to worse, run a 5 v 5.

Hopefully you can get a replacement Hyce, ask all your buddies to help find someone. 6vs6 is more fun.

Well my team screwed up pretty bad. Why we lost:

Our scouts wouldn't stick together.
Our medic died all of the time and only deployed 3 UBERs the whole game.
Our best soldier was me... And I'm not good enough to get onto the scrim team here, so yeah...
We weren't organized

I also noticed some of your team members weren't using microphone. Communication helps a lot. Keeping your medic and demo alive is priority. for the rest of the team to survive and push forward. Scouts do not have to stick together per se but at least one of them should protect your demo and both sollies should protect medic. In the last scrim agains PR i played medic and kept dying too. It al depends on others who have to watch your back and also run away if you think chances of survival as medic are minimal.

James I think it's better if one of us just creates a Youtube account with PULP name on it. And then we just post the videos on Youtube. It's better and safer than putting it on these files. And maybe we could add a tab here. With PULP scrim Videos and just add videos of the scrim on to the thread. But someone will have to organize that.

The dems allow you to follow any player and jump through the different ones. Or if you prefer you can go in noclip and view it from above a control point etc. It also allows you to hear both teams. A youtube video wouldn't have those capabilities.

i read that but im saying we can see the demos but why not also broadcast out to the youtube world.

Well, it's kind of pointless to broadcast non-league interclan scrims, that's just like watching AA baseball or D league basketball. No one would watch it anyways. The demos aren't to get views, they're for players to watch and learn, and for people participating to see where they went wrong and improve.

Yeah, our main issue being or medic dying. I would play medic, but then CGMZ has absolutely no soldier power at all.
