Chuck Might be getting super internets

I live in Greenville which currently has over 50% of the votes
If google Fiber comes to my town i get internet speed of over 1gb/s
I will dominate you on tf2 with my -3 ping

1024 megabit/s = 113 megabyte/s, that's some fast internet you're gonna get (if your provider is actually gonna offer it and if you/your parents are gonna pay for it).
O well, I enjoy my 20 megabit/s (2.2 megabyte/s) internet, fast enough to download tons of stuff in mere minutes and most webservers don't go any higher then that yet.

I'm telling you, Google is trying to take over the world! You know what this means? That I will be trying to get a job at Google so I will be part of the organisation that is dominating the world.

I'm probably gonna get a job with google when i get out of highschool so the closer to home the better

its not free google said it would be at competitive rates though (basically same as what your paying now) and leave open ends of fiber for other isp's to tap into.

speed doesn't matter all that much, it's the latency that counts.
and i'm very happy with mine.





speedtest is crapping out on me, but i'm getting a download speed of 95+ Mbps and an upload of 60+ Mbps

No company is going to put fiber optic cable in the ground and not charging for it. Adam is right, your ping will be improved if it is fiber e2e instead of copper but i'm not sure how much your latency will improve.
