New forum rules

Good morning campers!

During the past few weeks I got some complaints from various people who will remain anonymous since I am a nice fellow. Anyway, these complaints are all about the massive amount of thread hijacking and off-topic posts made on the forums. Therefore I have decided to add two new rules to the forums regarding these matters:
- Thread hijacking is no longer allowed. Threads that get hijacked will be locked or splitted depending on the situation.
- Making off-topic/useless posts in serious threads/forums will no longer be tolerated. These will be removed and the poster will be warned. Serious forums are everything in the Admin Corner, everything except for the news section in the Pulp Fortress, the Members corner except for introductions and activity and all forums in the Scrim section.

Please note that I will tolerate off-topicness up to a certain level, even in serious threads. Just try to keep it low guys, that way I won’t have to be the bogeyman and maintain these rules.
