DualGunna's Absence
I'm sorry for my absence in the pulp servers, I haven't been able to play with lag on my computer. People see me appear and disappear in different places. I am trying to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated

Re: DualGunna's Absence
If your lag problem has slowly worsened, where at the beginning it was lag free, it is highly likely that your computer is becoming convoluted with stuff. I suggest a reformat and a fresh install of your OS, after backing up precious files; that is, if you know how and/or are comfortable with doing so.
Re: DualGunna's Absence
lag can have three causes:
-your computer
-the internet (that is your own home network included)
-the server
Mostly it's just your own computer like Ninji suggested or it's your home network. To rule out one of the other try to find another pc at home were you can install tf2 and do a test with it, be sure to turn off all the other computers at home when you do this.

Your computer: Try TF2 on another computer.
The internet: Break into your neighbours wifi (I do that all the time ) and play tf2.
The server: Try another server.
Also, try out TF2 with ALL the other computers turned off, they might be leeching too much bandwidth from your router (torrents, vorusses, malware, farmvile). If it all started recently for no reason you might consider doing a system restore to a point from before everyone went wrong.
