My ping, my ping, my ping

I'm still pretty active but my ISP is killing me by routing my connection via satellite so i get 400 ping. Been having that shit for a whole week now. I'm rejoicing when it's over. So don't ask me if i'm downloading pron, it's just my bits and bytes going up into the stratosphere and coming back to earth...

It forces me back to play my old class which is engie. I achieved 300 hours of engie today and i did pretty good with my 400 ping:



Does anyone know Godberry of doom? He told me ingame that he is a new member and when i asked him if he registered in the forums he said yes.

When you look at the newest registered user, it says godberry. He might have gotten applying confused with registering and put the tag on prematurely.

300 engi hours in one day?! ! That's like 12.5 hours an hour meaning you were running at least 13 instances of TF2 on the same time for 24 hours! No wonder why your ping is so high....

Something a little bit like this happened to me once. I was playing mostly medic at the time and I got onto a near empty server of Orange_X3, I walked around for a while trying to find the other guy I finally concluded he was probably afk so I switch to scout to go check, when I switched it said I had just under 8hours as medic during that life when it was really only about 1-2minutes tops. Oh and I didn't have any abnormal lag during it. That was about 8-9months ago, since then I have never seen anything like that.

If your system is somehow running multiple instances of tf2 check for the process of it in control-alt-delete, under the name "hl2.exe" make sure it's off, restart steam and try getting back in.

Well today my ping finally improved to 180, still not what it should be but now i can play all the other classes again. How i raged as scout/solly/demo/medic tonight!

lol i love that show eraser. though the second season wasnt as good as the first.

i think the second one has got some brilliant episodes but the first ones were a bit less, i agree. Also the first season really had like storyline but now it's slowed down a bit.
