How did you calculate 400 man server? Is it 135kbps upload per player required for tf2? I have searched around to find this with no luck.

We have ADSL here. It's fast enough imo but we can always upgrade to Cable which is usually around 50Mbit/s here which is the fastest availeble due to the lack of a glass fiber connection (planned for 2012/2013).

God I wish I never left Amsterdam...
