New command for our servers

As most of you already know I'm sure, we have a new rotation server. In order to make it easier to move between the orange and rotation server we have added a new command.

Type !servers or !swapme to bring up a list of our servers that includes a link to sourcetv for our pugs/scrims. Then simply select the server you would like to switch to and press F3 on your keyboard to accept the switch. It will then automatically move you to the other server. This will help us populate the server with people that know how to get to our orange server but don't know our rotation server yet.

Be advised there is no link to our VIP server as it is a private server and we don't want people popping up in there when we have an event.
