Installed weblink commands

I just installed a plugin that opens webpages when you type commands in chat. I configured these possible commands:

"help" "Help" http://pulpfortress.com/motd/motd.html
"donate" "Paypal donation" http://www.gameservers.com/clanpay/?clanid=7f154fd9e26d1c7b2b19c284dfb56c64
"steam" "Steamgroup" http://steamcommunity.com/groups/pulpfortress
"webrank" "Webrankings" http://pulpfortress.clanservers.com/tf2stats/ranking/player
"app" "Apply membership" http://forum.pulpfortress.com/want-to-be-a-clan-member-f7/

I also made some ingame advertisements explainging these commands and pepper will add them to the welcome screen as well.
