Idea for admin requirements.

Well, ever since we got a forum, every single person that has joined has applied for admin.
I don't know if the admins have requirements of their own that they use to pick who gets it or not, but I think there should be some basic ones to prevent every single member from appying.

Well me and Miht were talking, and we thought of a few good ones that I think should be neccessary to fullfill before you can even apply.

1. Have been a member of PULP for at least a month
2. Have one reccomendation (Not a vote) from an admin and from a member
3. And have posted a certain number of posts on the forum, say 50, 60, maybe 100, that's for the admins to decide.

And maybe more, but, no offense to anyone, it really pisses me off when someone joins the clan, then less than a day later applies for admin.

What I consider requirements for getting a vote:

We should know them pretty well, and have heard nothing bad, or few bad things.

And the threat to remove the admin powers if there's any abuse should be constant.

They should be able to play a lot, or at least be able to get on and kick/ban people when needed.

Again, no offense to anyone that applied right after joining, just know that I'm going to try my best to facestab and bodyshot you as much as possible.

Attitude is crutial, some people like good players, and some people like friendly players... i think it'll have to be 1 admin and 2 members or somthing. Humble berry pie must be eaten too.

You just took the words out of my mouth. This is something crucial I think we need.

What do you guys think of this:

To become junior admin you need:

1 senior admin vote
2 acting admin votes
0 negative votes (any doubt out)
At least 50 posts in the forum (have to think about this)
Been with the clan for a month (and played about +40 hrs?)

What do you mean by this?

Well, many votes are just based on what they've seen from other people say. A recommendation would be something like: "Oh, yeah, I've known ________ for about a year now, he's a really good player in all aspects, and I think he'd be pretty good with admin powers."
Someone who isn't even necessarily in the clan, but knows that whoever's applying is legit, and would make a good admin.

I think the recommendation thing is a bit arbitrary and difficult to define but i see what you mean.
