It's humiliation Time!!

On both rotation and orange server these changes have been made:
-The losing team will be respawned endlessly during bonus round time so you can kill them over and over
-Bonus round time will last for 45 seconds
-Donators have immunity!

45 seconds sounds a bit too long, maybe change it to 30?

30 is default. lets try it out, we can change it back to default if it's too long. Also gonna work on enabling lowgrav on orange during bonustime.
