New level 3 admin!!

Besides Fubar and me we now have a new level 3 admin! It's JameLess

Here is why:

• He helped my out with maintenance of the server and he will do even more so from now on.
  
• He fits the requirements for a level 3 admin: he's had proven to be very mature (aside from the fact that he's is an adult and has a family). For instance he resigned his application for junior admin because fuss was created after his topic about this which i think shows great character.
  
• He's active
  
• IRL he is a ICT computer network technician so this relates to the level3 job
  
• And last but not least: He got his boss to donate $360 so we can run the Orange server for a whole year!!! Reason is that we helped his boss setup a forum just like this one.

Yes he is a senior admin now. He has FTP access and RCON access which is need becaus before this he was editing config files like customvotes and waiting for me to upload and reload them which he can now do for himself.

Yes. And also he is working on a custom config file that restarts the server, we can give this right to some of the level2 admins possibly.
