Application: Xory [Status: Denied]

Hey my name is Cory, i'm 13 years old, I live in Ohio. I've been on a computer ever since i can remember, I have not been playing TF2 for long but what i don't know yet i can learn easily. I was hoping i could join PULP I love to be on a computer I've been learning HTML and other Computer Programming for a couple years for the fun of it and because when i'm older i'm hoping to make a career out of it. The computer i use now i built myself. I like to play Pyro Sniper and MEdic on TF2 i think i'm best at Sniping and pyro though. Well, in Britian for me its like 7:40, so I reply fast. You need to get in the requirements, and they are;
Get a rank above 150
Get a Kill : Death Ration of .8

Thank you for the application Xory you seem like a nice person. The only problem is that we have an age limit of 16. So you can't join us.

You may also be mature but we don't know that. We have had a lot of problems with kids of <16 who joined this clan so that's why we've put up this age limit. We did make a few exceptions though.

Please remove the tag for now and get some serious gametime. Make sure everyone gets to know you first before you re-apply. We will only make age exceptions in very rare cases. Vlad for instance was already in the application process when we introduced the age limit. When you look at Orly Failure, you will see has an amazing KD ratio and rank on our servers. So right now you can't apply, maybe later.

And i really don't think its fair to Judge some one on there age you know .. Thats the same as saying all black ppl are Retarded ?.. You can't Judge a book by it covers. +++i have played with him for over 3000hours as ive said early'er . He got a job ?. wich i didt at that age. He goes to school at the same time .. and still mange's to play atleast +5hours aday ..

We are having a debate in another thread about changing that rule, you should stick your head in there and see what is going on

I can't believe frankly how Jonesie so easily told him his application is accepted and you cannot be surprised too Gizmo. I assume you have read the 'become a member' sticky since you recently applied. It clearly states we have an age limit rule:

This is very positive, i hope we can experience Xory on our servers and get to know him better. He will have to build his reputation before we can make an exception.

WOAH! Hold on, Eraser, back it up a bit! I didn't tell anybody how easy it would be to join PULP, well, I've only said that to the peole who are over 16 and who are active on the server!

Jonesie, you misunderstood what eraserhead is saying. You just told Xory that his application is accepted right away, regardless of the rules. We have nothing against him, but until we decide on an alternative for underage members (which is in the works right now), that was unacceptable.

This was your response Jonesie right after he applied instead of explaining we have an age limit rule.

Funny how Katkong can get the tag . but Xory can't .. i really don't get this guys

Katkong has been a regular on our server for months. He's 17 years of age as well. This is why. Eraserhead just posted saying that underage kids can have a 3 month trial period, and a rank in the top 75. That rank isn't hard to achieve at all in 3 months so I think this is fair.

EDIT: I can't read. Ignore this post, KatKong's age is actually 15.5 years. Refer to my post, 2 down.

Either thats a typo, lie, or confused greezy. Katkong is 15 and half or so, therefore he has 6 months or so until he turns 16, our age limit. Therefore, we'll let him put the training tag on because 6 months is a lot sooner than 3 years, which would be required for Xory.

...I swear I read 17 like 2 hours ago. Confusing. He will most likely have to use the new underage application system as well.
