It's a promotional weapon so my guess is that it will be available in limited quantities only, kinda like the soldier's medal.

How do people manage to put something on youtube that fast, it just came out!

They even explained how they did it. Theres a way to create your own custom content. (but you can't use it online)

With that method, also comes a way to have any hat or weapon in game. Edit: That already exists in the game's files I meant.

Video is proven to be fake, just someone who added the content. Check the steam forums, I'm F5-ing all good threads atm xD

Also, it turns players into gold? Doesn't that sound a bit overpowered for a normal weapon? If it actually does that odds are it's part of a new gamemode...

It's just an effect to ragdolls. Same damage and attack rate as the regular wrench.
