Server Updates

So it appears that Vital actually had a good idea for once. Sometimes people are away from the servers for a bit and when they come back they notice things have changed. I have created this blog on the forum so that I can post the changes that are made to the servers. This way we have a changelog that can be referenced in case anyone was wondering either if or why something was changed.
