Specific forum permissions, perhaps?

Since I've taken the role of the person who would have to move applicants to the applicant group and etc., I am requesting to have permissions of the 'Become a Member' section as you see there is one person who needs to have "[Voting Starts : ___]" and several threads to be moved to the 'Closed Applications' section. I would also request to mod the aforementioned section if I would need the permission to move a thread in there[most probably not].

Summary: I would like to become Mod for the 'Become a Member' section.

moving topics to other forums requires admin rights i think, lets just leave that for now.
