Changed the changelog to be a forum

I changed the changelog into a forum box instead of a blog so that when people read the new items it doesn't keep them as unread. This is a glitch in how the forum software handles a blog in that the caption you are able to read doesn't mark the item itself as read. You would still have to click on each topic in the blog to do that. So in order to adjust for the glitch I changed it to a forum box.
