It is a fairly straight forward process, but in case you are lost:

EDIT: Don't be hasty! Look below, if you want the one I made, then you have to be prepared, don't just blindly follow my steps, then afterwards realize you can't use the one I posted. You can only make one mouse pad per household, trust me, I tried.

Click "Connect with Facebook" then do so.
Click "Like it!" then click on the Refresh button near the bottom of the page.
Copy your Coupon Code to your paste board, and don't lose it; but if you do, it's fine, just click my link again.
Choose a mouse pad, then upload an image from your hard drive.
Position it accordingly, very easy to do. And click "Save design" or something (this is optional, its just so you can do my final step *)
Add to cart, check out, enter your address, and on the right side, enter your Coupon Code and hit "Apply"
Make a ArtsCow account, which is really fast, you don't need to verify your email address or anything. Make sure you uncheck the box putting you on their subscription list!
Send if off! Free mouse pad!

I got my mousepad today. I'm actually really impressed with the image quality, it looks awesome. Definitely among the top free things I have ever received (along with that $20 bill I found on the ground once).
