Citizen Admin Request

Hey everyone, I'm back. nice to see you all again, I've probably seen most of you on the server. Anyways you can expect me on more often now. I was just wondering about being upgraded to admin position, just before summer I was promoted from applicant to member, and a lot of the guys voted I be an admin but I turned it down since I'd be gone so often (with my summer job). I was wondering if that opinion is still open.

BTW, a little thing don't ever expect me for competitive play though, I believe I'm good enough although my computer can not handle any map but orange, and the only way I can play is on Wifi (which is slow and inconsistent), and I can't always talk or get on . So if anyone was still wondering about that, someone mentioned it I forgot who.
