Member activity...

Well, I was just looking through our member list, and I've noticed that although we've had a lot of new members, none of them are participating in the forum. Now I'm not sure if this should be a requirement, but I thought I'd bring this to attention. Most new arrivals haven't posted anything beyond their application...

And now on topic: The only way i can think of to get people to go to the forum is have something here that attracts them (aside from poptarts). But then again maybe it's normal that a small part of a group of people will write the largest part of the topics in a forum.

I think once we get our scrim going and have some events, people will be more interested. Right now, nothing is happening here other than people ranting about other people, a little bit of music, some technical stuff and admin stuff. Though the admin discussion isnt open to everyone, so it's not like there is a big incentive. Maybe time will help us, as long as we give it something to work with, like events and team management.

I agree with you Tendo. Soon their should be scrims being set up but not a lot of people are willing to participate. I'll be looking for a time to throw a random match of clan members vs clan members and see what goes down their will be rules and will be more activity in the clan if we get that working. Different game types will be played and different maps (This is why I want custom maps for Pulp to build so we can use those.) On another note we can try this probably in the next few weeks and see how it runs

I will post a thread to see if we have any activity on members who want to be in it.

Custom maps and other maps will be fine but only for the pugs/scrims when the server is locked. When it's unlocked just put it back on orange ok?

Well I consider myself a relatively new member, and I think that the way we need to get members involved is to get a more competitive atmosphere going. People are joining clans for PUGS and Scrims, and I think we need to promote those a lot more. If we can get newer members involved competitively, it's a win-win, because we can judge their skill levels much more accurately and get to know them better as well.

I agree with you Greezy. When will we have the first pug Tendo/Panda?
