New admins!

We have deliberated and deliberated. 
Shadowreaper has been demoted as admin since he can't be ingame for a while.
Tendo has also offered his admin rights to more active players.
This means two level2 admin spots open. So we have decided that Panda and Nico will be promoted to level2 admin. Hyce will become level1 admin. Congratulations all!
For NicoBBQ and Panda this means you will have more admin rights. Pleas use your powers wisely and be exemplary to other players.
Oh and Hyce, you will have to bring in 3 new members before the end of march.
Your admin rights have already been set in sourcebans. I only have to reload admins on the server.

Oh and Hyce, you have to get your rank up to at least the top25 before end of march. Happy hunting!
