Anyone in for a second Orange week?

I was wondering if you guys were up for a second Orange rotation week or perhaps an Orange rotation weekend.
The first one was fun, showed us some pretty good maps, helped us to work more as a team then a solo player and most importantly, it gave all of us a break from the everlasting boring Orange_3. So what do say, are you guys up for one?

im onl;y voting worst idea ever cos there wasnt a No Thanks, im also only voting for No because it really want to maximise my time on the server and im already capped!!!!1

The only qualms I have against the rotation is that it interrupts the game to change maps.
That's the only thing that annoyed me about it. IMO, if you want the map to change, RTV or coordinate with your team and win the match once the timelimit has expired.

Zurkov, we thought of rtv and if i'm not mistaken we did enable it but we had set it so it only changed at rounds end because that way all maps would get a fair maprating.

What my suggestion would be is set it to one map that lasts the whole week or maybe 1 day per map for a week. That way we won't have the problem of the server being half full all the time because when the map changes people leave.

Anyway, maybe we should discuss which maps we would like to do in the rotation?

I care less about how many people are on the server, and more about what maps we play. Tendo's and Viper were both fun maps, and will we consider any stock's for this?

It'd be better if we had one but only for a weekend, because I think some people in PULP, and in thee community, missed the good ol' Orange_X3, I'm one of them who missed it. I think it would be good because we get to know more and more of orange maps, and we can use teamwork, instead of solo work!

Thats an idead too or just for 1 day during the week another map. Or we could also do a custom map instead of orange maps. Stockmaps is possible too but then i would prefer badlands/granary so we get more practice on scrimmaps.

Anyway, 8 votes for orange week, 4 for orangeweekend and 2 against.
I guess we could do an orange rotation weekend then, right? Perhaps even do one on regular base (every first weekend of the month as a try-out?)

We definetely should try Orange_Final, that map looks sweet!

Only:

-It will make a lot of people lag, those who have crappy computers. And a lot of those play on orange
-It's a biggie to download
-Changes are just cosmetic, won't change gameplay

I can't argue that it'll put a strain on people's computers, but a considerable amount of the changes are not cosmetic. Take a look at the readme and the map in-game and you'll see what I mean. He put a lot of work into balancing it for all the different classes and not simply adding eye candy.

I've played on this map before. I think it was played in the Alpha and Omega clan orange server. Instead of having just a orange week, why not just a orange weekend! I know we've already said a Orange Weekend but the way I see it, that it would give us a good break from our regular orange map.

I will also be giving you guys some more links from FPSBANANA so that we can add them to our custom, stock server.

I tested out the orange_final map on the VIP server and it looked great indeed. Tendo's map is also very good and even better then orange_final if you ask me. I'm down for putting up orange final this weekend if everyone wants this.
