Can someone explain how tracking works. I remember Miht talking about this as well, what are the different aiming techniques for scout?

The goal of tracking is to keep your crosshairs on the opponent. So then you're able to land more shots.
Other techniques include flicking and trip wire.
Flicking is what jumpy scout and high sens scouts use, the name speaks for itself. You just quickly aim and shoot.
Trip wire aiming is when you wait for them to move into your crosshair to fire.
