Crafting updated?

I dont know if I just missed out on an update or something, but I noticed that I can now craft scrap metal by combining two weapons instead of three. Ow well, back to trying to find out on how I can get an Engi token for a hat...

Which items did you combine?

For starters 5 from my 6 huntsmen (found 3 of them yesterday!), spare KGB and a spare Natasha, some spare Spy watches... Lets say I now am only a few spare metals short of a nice hat

So it doesn't matter which 2 weapons you combine, you get 1 scrap??
Seriously?? Maybe I should start crafting now, I was stockpiling :O

I love this update! so much closer to scout hat!

O M G ... All the items I wasted before for metals -.-
Anyway, closer to spy hat and scout hat !
