Donation Stars

Stars should only be given to people who donate, 1 star per hat. After they get 5 stars they get a different color star, almost like a currency system. Feel free to run of this idea and make it better it't just a thought.

You mean under your forum avatar? Currently you have 1 star, but that just means the position in the clan. I think it's a nice idea.

yah you only get stars if you donate, 15 bucks a star

Funny you started this thread, I was thinking about special badges myself. These would be displayed underneath the stars and we could have various badges for donations (depending ont he total amount of donated money) but we could also have some for special contributions to the clan.

I am not sure if we can actually do this since there are limitations to our current forum host but it is worth the look up.

You can do this with phpBB forums, Pepper. If you look at the site I work for, its done there, the special titles. But, since you guys have forumotion, I don't think It is possible.

We already have special titles, they are called forum ranks. Just like it says Forum Admin for your God and Clan member for Chuck and Senior Game Admin for me. We could make change these to special icons, i think this would be nice job for Siphex to pickup when they redesign the forum.

The star system i don't know about it, what effect would this have? Would it stimulate others to donate? Then i would say YES of course!
