About a donation

Hey guys i was wondering .. sins i earn Alot of money now .. i could propperly Pay each mounth for a Stock server .. Depends on the price tho .. but if its around 30-40 id have no problem Paying for it .. And i don't Think that im gonna get admin or anything by doing it .. just so sick and tried of playing orange 24/7 xD Whould be funnier if we could change servers and stuff .. anywho Reply back to be if you think its a good idea or .. if its a bad one Laters PULP

Vlad, he is kindly offering something we actually need. It appears as if you are turning him away. Gizmo is godsend, and I know I don't speak for the financial status of the group, but I think he could really help us out.

Actually a stock server would be $22.50 a month but if you'd like to donate more that's up to you as it would help out with the cost of the other servers.

This would be much appreciated so let Eraser know if you definitely want to do it.

This sounds great Gizmo! We are happy with each donation we get as long as we reach the monthly goal for orange+stock+vip.

This month has been a very good one when it comes to donations. If you can donate each month that will help us greatly and i think nothing will hold us back of setting up a stock server now. I think when the community grows (and it will grow when we have another server) we will get enough monthly donations to pay for all the servers eventually. Just looking at this month we earned way more then the monthly cost but i guess that's just because we introduced some new features.

I will talk about getting the additional server with the fellow admins and hopefully we can make a positive decision before the weekend!

Do what you want with your money, it is your money. It would help out the clan a lot if you did though :S.

Ow god, think of the insane download time for newcomers... Maybe we should improve the hat policy so each person can have a maximun amount of custom hats, just so people wont have to download +100 hats when joining for the first time...

Yes i already expressed my concern about the hats in the admin forum;

1.Porting hats from fpsbanana take me a lot of time (although i'm getting better and faster at it)
2.Indeed it will increase the download time for new players, i suggest not setting up the hats on the new server untill we have a steady crowd there
3.The hats are not unlimited, right now i have about 30 available hats + what comes out on fpsbanana and facepunch

Maybe if someone reaches a maximum amount of hats he can only trade hats or get rewarded with other perks?

Well whould just be much easyer to make 1 hat .. for all donaters ??.. That way players can see who keeps the servers alive ..

Wouldn't that be boring? I think less people would donate. The fun thing is that you can recognize someone now because only he has that specific hat.

Vip server is mostly for testing purposes or hosting scrims/pugs/lobbies.

I still want that error tag place on my characthet body, it looked badass

We do disable that stuff when we have lobby events, but for PUGS, most players already have that stuff downloaded.

I can remove it after Pepper has made some screenshots from the hats on there to add to the gallery. For now i have disabled the plugin.
