GOD DAMNIT WHY DIDNT I TURN ON DEMO?

I was sniping on the noob orange server I showed vlad. I was at the right side of the tower, just a little bit halfway through the whole length of the tower and a demo sticky jumps from his red spawn to red 2nd point. I aimed at where he was gonna sticky jump expecting to just bodyshot and damage him.... and guess what happened?
