@all: I am going to change this event to use ammomod for the fights. This will make it a lot easier to determine the winners and it will also reinstate health etc in between deaths. I will let you know which ammomod map, what 3 arenas, etc later tonight.

Well if the times I've scheduled don't work for anyone please let me know so we can schedule a more appropriate time. I tried to make them as fair to your playing times as possible.

If you just don't show, an explanation will have to be posted here. If it's valid you will have 1 other chance for a scheduled match against your opponent. If you miss that one too then you forfeit.

The thing is, I've lost interest in TF2 due to SC2 and I'm pretty much not in the mood for some TF2 until I get bored with SC2 =/ .

Jameless, I'll be at my dad's house with no TF2 at that time. Earlier on friday might be good, or next week. Can't be 9PM EST or later friday, cant be saturday, or sunday.

Ok because of Google forfeiting Google never signed up officially in the first place, Jonesie in the hospital, and Hyce's scheduling conflict I moved the schedule around a bit.

Ninji and Greezy will advance to next round.

Afro v Bullet will be moved to 9pm EST (GMT -5).
Taboo v Gibbo @ 3pm EST (GMT -5) (their schedules are closer)
Havik v Hyce will be moved up to 7PM EST (GMT -5)


PLEASE CHECK THE PRIMARY SCHEDULE FOR THE CHANGES TO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR PROPER TIME!!!

Ok the map will be am_variety_b2. The 3 arenas that will be used are Regular 2, Badlands Mid, and Granary Mid. From the arena menu that's 2, 5, and 7.

Winner is best of the 3 arenas.

This will be using ammomod so please remember a few things. You do not need to reload, you have unlimited ammo, and you both have higher health than normal. When you kill your opponent or he kills you, you both will respawn with full health. There will be a 3 fraglimit. Please keep this in mind.

I'm super excited about this and we may have something in store for the winner. TBD

Can we use test3 as opposed to b2? The mid recreations are better.

@Greezy: We can use test3 for round 2. I want to make sure first that the spawnpoints I have for test3 are fair enough before we use it for this. The spawnpoints for b2 came with the mod so I trust those. Test3 I got from another clan.

@Jonesie: We will have another cup in the future. Why don't you sit this one out so you can fully recover. No use playing and potentially losing because you are in a lot of pain.

Im sorry but i can't stand my ground tonight James. My wife wants to take me to the cinema (yes, yes this primitive country finally has a high tec cinema Very Happy , i went to Inception last week) and obviously i can't tell her because of game i have to play hehe you know how it is....

I don't know my schedule for this weekend yet, we were planning to go out but i don't know if that is still going to happen. Maybe we can make this a last minute fight. Otherwise plan it for next week.

@Eraser and Giygas: No prob. Luckily both of you were going against each other. I will simply change your time to TBD. Once you find out when you can Eraser let me know and I will check with Giygas if that works for him.

Taboo may not have seen the scheduled times for this event. He didn't show. We have rescheduled this event to Thursday 8/5/10 @ 4PM EST (GMT -5). If he doesn't show for that one either he will have forfeited and Gibbo shall move on to next round.
