Ranking Plugin change Empty Ranking Plugin change

We changed the cvar on the ranking plugin that posts everyone rank at the end of a round. It scrolled so many names in chat that you couldn't find your own name in the mix and if anyone typed anything in chat it would get lost. So it will no longer show everyone's rank at the end of a round.
