New Class Limits!
The level 3 admins discussed an issue that has been brought to our attention quite a few times. All too often you will be playing and someone is taking your last control point and you notice that your team's class choices were very offbalanced. On a map as large as Orangex3 3 spies or 3 pyros etc is a quick way of having your team lose it's control points.
So we felt the best way to rectify this is with hard-coded class limits across the board. All classes will be limited to 2 players with a few exceptions. Scouts and soldiers will be allowed 3. As for snipers we edited the votesniper to make it so the choices are now 1 or none. Having 3 options made it so the votes were usually pretty spread out so we decided to knock it down to 2 options.
These changes will take effect later tonight. Happy hunting everyone!

Thanks for making the changes Jameless. I think this will also result in being sniper turned off less since this mostly happens when two snipers are dominating and with 1 it's more bearable. Well, lets see how it works out!

So basicly we now have a 24/7 eyelander mode active. Sounds fair enough to me, lets see how it turns out in-game.

No i think eyelander mode is 8 man team with 1 of each class. We still have 3 scouts and 3 soldiers possible and 1 sniper. All other classes limited to 2.

I love how everyone keeps saying eyelander mode instead of highlander mode. TF2 is actually influencing people's vocabulary.

But okay, what I meant by Pain Train mode was the overal restrictions, not the ammount.

I think it should be 2 of all classes... making 3 scouts especially makes it lame... They can do damage if they're good... and they're good on this server. Soldier, i understand... takes some getting used to, to be pro. We should have medic and soldier be 3. James is yelling at me, that no one plays medic anyways, but if its lopsided, people will

Considering that in a 6vs6 format competitive the team mostly has two scouts and two sollys i think in a 12vs12 format it should be ok to have 3 scouts and 3 sollys...
this leaves room for:
1 - demo
2 - spy
3 - medic
4 - engie
5 - heavy
6 - sniper
The ideal team if you ask me! The engineer could switch to medic so you have two medics.
