To equip the hat type /em in chat and go to slot1. If you are already wearing a Valve hat, just take that off. Otherwise you will see two hats.

Turns out the custom hats were not visibile in all cases today but i guess that was caused by birthday mode being on. If i'm right the hats will work like normal tomorrow after a reboot.

I have never seen the touhou project, and I could care less. I just like this skin a lot, it's funny.

OK Greezy i will have a look at it only i'm not sure i can do this one for $20 since i have to change the locations of all the filenames you can see on there. I actually started doing one before that i didn't finish because Valve disabled the player attachements. The pyro one is similar, i was thinking about asking a little bit more for that then $20 because:

1.They take a lot of time
2.They make you really special, not just a hat anymore
3.They take more time to download for each player that connects

But i'm just gonna try this one out for ya and i guess we have to make a policy about them after we know exactly how big it is to download and how many time it takes to port complete custom player models.

Also be aware that this character is female but there are no female soundfiles. I did find one in the touhou lineup (soldier) with female sounds but the files were around 30MB compressed. We would have to test how fast the average user downloads them.

Currently there are still some issues with the custom hats. Not all hats are visible for others but you can see them yourself. I am in direct contact with Voogru about this, there is an issue with the extensions he created so i'm experimenting on the VIP server, making changes on the Orange server can only be done in the early morning when it's empty .

Hope it can get fixed before Friday. I wish to SHOW OFF my new hats.

Yes it did, Eraser. I'm happy now. I love them. I OWND FUBAR with Scout. Everytime I killed him, I taunted him.

I KNOW WHAT'S WRONG! There are most likely non-unicode signs in the filename so you should either change the filename or change the table for non unicode to Japanese (like I have).
