4vs.4 koth Tonight (friday)

Was thinking we could do a 4 versus 4 game on koth.
For those of you who arent familiar with this gametype:
4vs4 koth is played on King of The Hill maps, obviously, with the class limits: 1 for every class, except medic, which is not allowed, to keep the gameplay more open.

You do not need to sign up for a specific class, that can be decided when we get on the server.

Time and Place: 23.00 GMT, or 6 pm EST. Since it\'s on such a short notice we might do it later if we cant gather enough people. It\'s played on the VIP server ofc.

The game will be as long as people want it to be. It\'s more of a fun event then a serious pug. (But still no dicking around).

yea i hate those timezones, i missed pug by an hour because of that once. Even the online converters make a mess. Anyway i will be there, this will be fun! I changed matchmod so medic is not allowed and all other classes are set to 1.

I think we can do some more of these events this weekend. Should be easy to find 8 pulpers.

Again, as I did before, I'd b happy to play if possible ofc

I will probably be there most likely. Since my leg is busted so count me in. But I won't promise anything. But if I don't show up put me as back up or something.

The only one Dendro knows here is me so I signed him on my team.
Jonesie begged on his bare knees to be in the same team as me.
And eraserhead put himself there...
That's why the teams don't have equal numbers atm.

I may show up but I might be eating dinner, so if you still need a spot when I get back or a fill in, I'd be happy to.

That 4 VS 4 was brilliant. We won the first map, but, who won overall?

Dr 69er enjoyed the event. He wishes to be in more of our PULP events.

T-laggers won all maps, correct me if I'm wrong. Viaduct was the funniest map to play since the teams were so even at that point. Lets say I'm glad I had Rusty on my team. He was brilliant.

This is a kind of event we could do more times. It doesnt require that many people so you can pretty much pull it of spontanously.

I must apologize to my team that I played with for a map. I was exhibiting some poor sportsmanship. Instead of complaining about things I should have focused more on getting the team together to do better. Sorry.

Lol who was dendro?

Dendro was raging the whole time at me, saying I should take it seriously on the first map, and bitching and calling everyone homo's. We said it was just for fun and he raged, said take it seriously, then left. it was fun. I think it was koth_nucleas where Tidelag was sniping me so fast, and all headshots. Overall, was fun for the hour and a half I was there

Dendro also joined the blu team leaving is teammates behind saying they played poorly and refused to go back to that team while it was then 3 vs 5, so i joined the blu team...

I also almost banned him on orange because he kept calling everyone gay, he stopped after i warned him though.

I liked the corporate B5 map too, Nucleus not so much but yes Viaduct was a very well balanced game. NOM NOM NOM

Tonight would be great. maps? sawmill, harwest. there arent that many koth maps (stock). Maybe viaduct again?

I never played harvest i think. You can make another event if you want...
