Bonus Round Vote Empty Bonus Round Vote

I have created a new vote for the VIP server for the bonus round. It's called setnextmapmulti. It allows an admin to pick 3 maps and then those 3 maps will show up as a vote to all the players. I will work on adding it to the Matchmod menu in the near future.
